Our 60-Day Guarantee
We stand behind ClearMark. If you don't see a visible difference in your scars, you're covered by our 60-day money-back guarantee — from the day your order arrives.

How It Works
Scars take time to fade, so we ask that you use ClearMark consistently, twice a day, for at least 8 weeks. If you're not satisfied after giving it a fair try, email us at brk455@icloud.com within 60 days of delivery and we'll process a full refund.

No Return Shipping
You don't need to ship anything back. Once your refund is approved, keep the product — we just ask for a quick note on your experience so we can improve.

Refund Timing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.

Non-Qualifying Requests
The guarantee covers one unit per customer. Requests made after the 60-day window, or for orders where the product was never used, may not qualify.

Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email brk455@icloud.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll send a replacement at no cost.
