Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders — no minimum, no hidden fees.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery Time
Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after processing.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to reroute or refund orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly.

Delays
Occasionally delivery may take longer due to carrier delays outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of shipping, email us at brk455@icloud.com and we'll help track it down.
